Dawn is our editorial operations manager and the hub of our business. Dawn’s role is to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to specification and within budget. As the interface between new business development, account management, marketing and content delivery, she creates, resources and manages our project teams for every marketing and copywriting project, as well constantly developing our processes and systems.
Previously, Dawn worked in telecoms / IT for air transport and was editor of a global publication to the CEOs and CIOs of the world’s airlines, writing extensively about digital and data technologies. She has also worked for two UK retailers, and more recently, was responsible for the marketing and PR of an affordable housing group. Before joining Copestone, Dawn ran her own marketing and copywriting business for six years.
Also responsible for managing our busy London office, Dawn is a graduate of the University of Leeds (English BA (Hons)) and holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing. She is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
